History

At the beginning of the year, Eclair Aviation s.r.o. changed its business name to Eclair s.r.o. and along with this we introduced our new logo. As part of our commitment to supporting a more sustainable future for commercial aviation, we established a partnership with 4AIR.
During the year, we significantly expanded our fleet. In the middle of the year, a Bombardier Challenger 605 aircraft was added to service, and at the end of the year the fleet was further expanded with a Bombardier Learjet 75. Both aircraft are intended for private and charter flights to destinations worldwide.

We currently operate three business jets: Gulfstream G280, Gulfstream G200 and Bombardier Global 6000. To ensure comfortable travels of our clients, we have opened a new VIP lounge at Terminal 3 in Prague, which is available 24/7 thanks to the unique self-service concept. We have become member of the prestigious international organization, The Air Charter Association.

At the beginning of the year, the fleet was further modernized, a brand new super midsize jet Gulfstream G280 was added to operation.  

We have expanded our fleet with another Cessna, namely the Citation XLS Gen2. Eclair Aviation became the second company in Europe to take delivery of this brand-new aircraft.

A very successful year for Eclair Aviation. We have added three more aircraft to our fleet. Light jet Embraer Phenom 100, mid-size jet Cessna Citation XLS+ and heavy jet Bombardier Challenger 605.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Eclair Aviation helped dozens of clients from different parts of the World to return to their homes and their loved ones thanks to the repatriation flights. In the late summer of 2020, Eclair Aviation obtained approval from the Czech Civil Aviation Authority for the transportation of cargo under commercial air transport.

A brand new Bombardier Global 6000 has been added as a flagship of Eclair Aviation. It serves both private and charter business trips worldwide.

Bombardier Learjet 60XR became a part of Eclair Aviation fleet serving mostly charters between Europe and Russia.

This was a year of a major expansion for our company. Our fleet was expanded with another Gulfstream G-200 as well as Cessna 525 CJ2. We had the pleasure of adding new members to our team, including a certified technician, with the ambition of forming a team prepared for all challenges posed by the world of business aviation. Later that year, the new offices and a new site used as a Planning & Operations Centre were established.

A project to provide operational support to Praga Aviation, the operator of the King Air C-90 and Let L-410 fleets, was launched.

Eclair Aviation started operating worldwide with its second aircraft Gulfstream G-200.

Eclair Aviation was established with the aim to provide a top-class, tailor-made services in the business aviation market. From the very beginning, our company operated a single Piaggio P. 180 Avanti II for its owner. Shortly afterwards, we were granted the AOC licence and started commercial operation.
